One of the initiatives of the Ras Laffan Community Outreach program, through which it aims to communicate effectively with the workers.
2022 the second version was launched in cooperation with the relevant authorities in the country such as the Ministry of Interior, Qatar Red Crescent and other companies.
In the year 2024, Badar 3 was launched to target more than 20 major labor companies and 45,000 workers in the most common languages (English, Nepali, Urdu, Malay, Hindi).
The initiative aims to enhance awareness among target groups of the most important awareness areas (security and safety guidelines), (community culture), and (health, fitness, and personal care).
This initiative stems from the pillars of the Qatar 2030 strategy. Initiative is based as well on the elements of local and international human rights organizations that are concerned with providing a decent life for laborers.
